A new kiosk installed at Leevers Foods in Carrington will allow vehicle owners to scan vehicle registration renewal cards and receive their new tags on the spot. The Carrington location was one of seven additional units the North Dakota Department of Transportation installed last week following 17 that were opened earlier. The rural farmstead of Tom and Dusty Carr east of Carrington played host to Christmas fun for three weekends in December ending Saturday, Dec. 22. The new warming cabin served hot chocolate and goodies to many of the over 700 adults and children who visited the fun spot during the weekends. Construction is well underway on the new 10,500 square foot addition to the Midkota school in Glenfield which also includes some renovations in the current school building. Consolidated Construction of Bismarck is the general contractor for the new space which is located east of the current school.
