Wade Senger of Interstate Engineering noted that interest rates have dropped dramatically since the city began work on the water infrastructure project, which could save the city as much as $50,000 per year.     On Wednesday, June 10, the Eddy County Fairgrounds hosted the first community-wide testing event for COVID-19 in Eddy County.
