Jan. 24, 2022 Tuesday, Todd Koepplin, Janelle Koepplin and Charlotte Koepplin were in Bismarck on medical business. On the return trip, they traveled I-94 and ran into terrible ground drifting and whiteout conditions. Making it to Jamestown safely, they decided to stay put and registered at a motel, where they felt safe and sound until early Wednesday morning.
