I have been invited to be on the task force to address rural emergency services and funding. We have met to look at the immediate issue, which is to formulate the distribution of state appropriated funds to the rural EMS services. Our second meeting was held April 4 in Bismarck. This last day of 2017 seems like a fitting day to provide a summary of some of the Interim work being done in Bismarck since the adjournment of the 2017 65th Legislative Session.
