    EDDY COUNTY PRESS RELEASE September 18, 2020 Eddy County has 11 active COVID-19 cases as of September 18, 2020. Eddy County is currently in the low risk level(green). The New Rockford-Sheyenne District is requiring anyone who attends any events at the school, such as sporting events, to wear a mask.     Governor Doug Burgum and North Dakota’s interim state health officer, Dr. Andrew Stahl, have announced a public awareness campaign called “Mask Up ND”.     by Tiffany Harr Executive Order 2020-06.3 will expire on Thursday, April 30. There are restrictions and new guidelines for standard operating procedures for businesses that plan to re-open.
