    St. John’s Catholic Church in New Rockford will be serving the second annual St. Valentine’s Dinner on Tuesday, February 13, but with a twist.  This year, Valentine’s Day falls on Ash Wednesday, which is the start of the Lenten season.     One in four consumer complaints in 2017 was about an illegal robocall, according to Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem.  “Based on comments I hear daily from North Dakotans, and my own experience, it’s easy to see why these robocalls are the top complaint.
