    Seasonal load restrictions will go into effect on some North Dakota state highways this week Effective 7 a.m. Monday, March 19, load restrictions will be added south of I-94 from the Montana border to west of U.S. Highway 281 and on the majority of roads south of Watford City to I-94 from the Montana border to west of U.S. Highway 31.     The Rocket Archery Team currently has 52 members, and an average of 45 attend each tournament. The season, which runs January thru March, ends this weekend with the North Dakota National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP) State Tournament in Minot on March 23-24.
