New Licenses Needed April 1 The North Dakota Game and Fish Department is reminding anglers, trappers and hunters that new licenses for the 2018-19 season are required starting April 1. Licenses can be purchased online at gf.nd.gov. Users can print a hard copy or download the license to a smart phone. Licenses can also be purchased at vendor locations or by calling 800-406-6409. The New Rockford-Sheyenne Music Department hosted its 2nd Annual Talent Show on Thursday, March 15. The department raised nearly $1,000 at the potluck meal and talent extravaganza. Garret Schuster was the emcee for the event, which drew a range of talent. In the end the audience voted for its favorites, and Carli Lies was awarded first place for her vocals and ukulele.
