    USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is seeking assistance to complete restoration work of degraded wetlands, floodplains and forestlands. NRCS is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and organizations to implement restoration activities on eligible easement properties.     New Rockford-Sheyenne took 43 archers to the 2018 North Dakota NASP State Archery Tournament on March 23-24, and the team certainly ended the season on a high note.     The Farm Credit Services of North Dakota (FCSND) announced that for a second time they will not pass on the Federal Reserve interest rate increase to its variable rate customers.
