    The New Rockford Lions Club had the privilege and honor to serve lunch to a unit from the North Dakota National Guard. The opportunity presented itself during one of the unit's two-week annual training exercises, which was being held only 30 minutes from New Rockford.     North Dakota’s taxable sales and purchases for the first quarter of 2021 are down 9.9% compared to the same time frame in 2020, according to a report from the North Dakota Tax Commissioner, which was released Tuesday. Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, after he violated conditions of his probation stemming from a 2019 drug conviction.
