    Monica R. Gonzalez of Devils Lake was arrested on Sept. 25 after a traffic stop. She was initially stopped for speeding when Eddy County authorities discovered that her license was suspended. Upon a subsequent search of the vehicle, authorities allege that she had small bags of methamphetamine and paraphernalia.
