    Kylor Johnston, North Dakota Game and Fish Department district game warden stationed in Hazen, is the state’s 2020 Wildlife Officer of the Year. Johnston was honored recently by Shikar-Safari Club International, a private conservation organization that recognizes outstanding wildlife officers in each state.     The New Rockford-Sheyenne High School Choir spread Christmas cheer on Monday, Dec. 21 by caroling around town. The high school concert, which was videotaped over several days, was uploaded to Youtube on Friday, Dec. 18.
