After another exceptional regular season, NR-S junior Ava Peterson has been named to the All-State 2nd Team for Class B volleyball in North Dakota. This season, Peterson reached a milestone of 1,000 career digs in just her junior year, and played an important role in the Rockets' two state tournament runs the prior two seasons. As many people know, it's been quite a while since New Rockford-Sheyenne has hosted a cross country meet. On Monday, Sept. 30, six teams including NR-S raced for the gold at the New Rockford Golf Course.
