Mary Ellen Rue hosted card club on Thursday, Feb. 22, at the Senior Center in Sheyenne. She played whist for the afternoon, along with Rhoda Stenberg, Caroline Daugherty, Janet Jordre, Liz Anderson, Barb Eversvik, Jan Loe and Patti Clifton. Whist prizes went to Rhoda for Hi: Liz Anderson for Lo: and Jan Loe for Traveling. Mary Ellen served a delicious lunch and dessert following card play.
Jan Loe and Steph left Friday for Bismarck. Jason Stenberg from Pekin joined them in Bismarck. On Saturday, they all attended the memorial service for David Loe at First Lutheran Church in Washburn.
