Tracksters compete indoors at CNDC

Friday April 6, our track teams took to the field for another meet. The girls finished sixth overall with 29 points. The other top ten teams were as follows: Rugby 120, Harvey Wells County 58, Carrington 45.5, Shiloh Christian 42, Des Lacs- Burlington 37, New Rockford-Sheyenne 29, Trenton- Trinity Christian 29, Benson County 27, Edgeley-Kulm 27, New Town 27. There were 23 teams participating.

Rocket girls' placer results:

• 55 Dash: Brianna Price, 6th, Hannah Haley, 7th

• 200 Dash: Price, 2nd

• 1 mile: Elizabeth Widmer, 8th

• 55 hurdles: Hannah Haley, 2nd

• 4x400 Meter Relay: 5th Price, Chloe Heinz, Lauren Roscoe, Haley.

• Long Jump: Haley, 6th

The boys team placed 11th out of 26 teams. The top ten teams were as follows: Des Lacs-Burlington 81, New Town 65, Carrington 62.5, Edgeley-Kulm 60, Benson County 42, Rugby 40, Mohall- Lansford-Sherwood 37, Stanley 29.5, Garrison-Max 23, Glenburn 20.5.
