Candy Jensen received a phone call recently from cousin Sebestian and Susie Pahl to learn that Susie had been in Sanford Hospital in Fargo since Mother’s Day. They are concerned but doing okay; Sebestain has been dealing with some health problems too.
Marion Larson returned home Saturday after a week with family, Jeff and Melanie Irwin, Carlie and Taylor in Dilworth, Minn. Mother’s Day was enjoyed by all, with Jim and Becky Edinger, Preston and Hannah for dinner at their home.
Tuesday, Ken and Marvis Holte drove to Jamestown where they picked up daughter Fayette Hardy, went shopping. Ken and Fayette were treated to a birthday lunch.
Wednesday, Cody and Amanda Bickett and Izzy enjoyed rhubarb dessert at the Holte home in celebration of Ken's birthday. Ken received good wishes of the day phone calls from sons Jerrod and Loren.
Monday, Candy Jensen accompanied Charlotte Koepplin to Jamestown where Charlotte had a clinic appointment. They enjoyed shopping and lunch out before returning home.
Shirley Packard and Beverly Bjornson were among the ladies to attend an Auxiliary meeting at the American Legion in New Rockford on Monday evening.
Friday, Terry and Sandy Koepplin , Candy Jensen and a passel of other family and friends were relieved to get the good news that granddaughter, niece and friend, Cassidy Clifton, had come through a serious eight hour surgery in Minneapolis. Cassidy has a long road to complete recovery and is doing okay.
