Eddy County Sheriff's Update for May 2018

James Thompson III appeared on an order to show cause May 10. He failed to pay court fees assessed for driving under suspension in 2016. Thompson has been ordered to serve 3 days in jail, which can be purged if he pays the fees in full on or before July 31.
