Circle Trail Riders Inc. held its annual fundraiser raffle Saturday night at Hanson’s Bar in New Rockford. Bill and Diana Ziegler along with Rob and Margie Lies were among those attending. Winners were drawn at 10 p.m. Preston Carr of Carrington won the saddle, Ed Farnsworth of McHenry won the quilt and the Henry rifle went to Dale Rosenberg.

Tuesday morning visitor at the Ken and Marves Holte home was Cody Bickett. All chatted over lunch. Wednesday, Cody and Amanda Bickett returned for an evening visit.

Friday, Calvin Packard and his mother Shirley drove to brother and son Craig Packard’s home in Anoka, Minn. Saturday, Craig drove everyone to St. Louis Park, Minn., to visit sister and daughter Connie VandenEnde’s home. There they celebrated the high school graduation of Nolan VandenEinde and the 21st birthday of Nolan’s brother, Evan VandenEinde. Among those bringing good wishes to the group were Dave and Cheryl Gabbert, Brandon of Sartell, Minn., Jeff and Christy Schuda, Cooper and Parker of Mounds View, Minn., Cindy Tobben of Clear Lake, S.D., and many neighbors and friends. Late Saturday, Craig, Calvin and Shirley were back in Anoka overnight at Craig’s and were happy to be home Sunday.

Shirley Packard was a Monday morning visitor at the Janet Guler home.

A couple of weekends ago, Gary Lindquist drove to Pingree for the graduation of Braden Tripp. After the graduation, he then drove to Jamestown for Braden’s open house. Gary then met up with his sister, brother-in-law and niece. He came home later that day. Then on Sunday, May 27, Lois, Tait and Amber Freigert came up to visit Gary. They had lunch while here and went out to the cemetery afterwards. They returned home later that day.
