Thompson joins Insure Forward team

Katie Thompson has joined Insure Forward as a Customer Service Agent. A New Rockford native and 2017 graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead, Katie has a bachelor's degree in Public Relations and will work out of the Fargo location.

As a Customer Service Agent, Katie will work with individual clients assisting them with policy changes, billing questions and claims processing.
