Obituary: Raeann Workman

Raeanne J. (Gleason) Workman, 56, of Devils Lake, formerly of Hamar, N.D. passed away July 23, 2018. Funeral services were held July 27, at the Gilbertson Funeral Home Chapel, Devils Lake, with Pastor Jeff Kapelle officiating. Burial will be in the Tolna Cemetery at a later date.

Raeanne Jo Gleason was born on April 21, 1962 at Devils Lake, the daughter of Eugene and Beverly (Thorson) Gleason. She grew up on the family farm at Hamar and attended Tolna Public School. Raeanne graduated from Tolna High School and continued her education at Josef's School of Hair Design in Fargo with emphasis on cosmetology.

She moved to Williston and worked at a beauty salon there. She met and married Ken Workman and they were the proud parents of a daughter, Sarah. Eventually the family moved to Kalispell, Mont., where they lived and worked through the years. Raeanne moved to Oklahoma, and for the past 10 years she has called Devils Lake home.

Raeanne's loving family include her daughter Sarah Workman of Kalispell, Mont.; Dad, Eugene Gleason of Hamar; brothers Randy Gleason, Hamar, Carey (Micky) Gleason, Reiles Acres, N.D., and Troy Gleason also of Hamar; nieces and nephews; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her Mom, grandparents and great grandparents.
