The New Rockford-Sheyenne (NR-S) Rockets began their 2018 football season on Friday, Aug. 17 at Rolette against the North Prairie Cougars. The Rockets played very well overall and came away with a convincing 44-0 win over the Cougars.
Defensively, several Rockets turned in good performances, namely Tucker Longnecker, Hunter Thompson, Luke Ystaas, Joey Gray and Teddy Allmaras.
