Authorities recovered this collection of tools in a Sept. 10 theft case.
On September 10, the Eddy County Sheriff's Office received a call from NCZ Express, Inc. reporting a theft of tools from a service vehicle.
The theft occurred at a gravel pit southeast of New Rockford. The Eddy County Sheriff's Office investigated the theft and identified a suspect. Thousands of dollars in tools were recovered, and the case is being sent to the Eddy County State's Attorney for formal charges to be filed.
