Nadley Buehler visited the Mark Sitz farm in Drake Monday afternoon to spend time with cousins and her aunt, Mamie Hass.
Joe Wentz of Bismarck, Elisa and Breana Buehler of Mandan and Hunter Buehler spent the weekend at the Buehler farm.
Nadley, Breana and Bria Buehler and Sherry Boehmer of Devils Lake enjoyed Saturday afternoon in Carrington at the Junkfest.
Beau and Bria joined the family for noon dinner on Sunday. The Buehler family celebrated Breana’s birthday. Happy belated birthday, Breana.
Jarvis and Patty Hegland attended the Ned Ladoux and oby Keith concert on Friday evening.
Saturday morning, the Hegland’s joined Mike and Jill Zietz and family for Horace Bean Days pancake breakfast and parade.
Jake and Amanda Hegland attended the NDSU Bison game last weekend.
Last Sunday, the Hegland’s took in the Bulls, Bronco and Barrel Racing in Sheyenne.
Nancy Weischedel, Ama-nda’s mom, spent the weekend with Amanda, Jake, Fallyn and Piper.
Saturday, Amanda, Nancy and Piper went to Carrington for the Junkfest. Jake and Fallyn went to Jamestown and watched the University of Jamestown football game.
Carol and Dwight Eckart of Bismarck visited Dave and Linda Madson on Friday. They enjoyed lunch at a Devils Lake restaurant. Following lunch, Dave and Linda gave a tour of Devils Lake to show them the changes that have taken place since Carol lived here quite a few years ago. Carol and Linda worked together at Ramsey County Social Services.
Saturday afternoon, Great Aunt, Carrie Madson, and Great Grandma, Linda, traveled to Jamestown to celebrate Easton Caulfield’s third birthday. Also attending were Easton’s parents, Brandon and Sarah, his sister, Paige, grandparents, Cathy and Shawn Caulfield, and Rocky and Sue Stack, his other great grandmother, Mary Ann Stack, Uncle Jerad and Aunt Smmy and twin cousins, Ryker and Ashton Caulfield.
Sunday at Calvary Lutheran Church in Oberon, Howard Schmid shared some of the experiences he and Helen had while visiting friends, Ron and Ingrid Alfstad in Norway. Howard shared pictures of a cathedral where they had attended Sunday services. He had the bulletin and the order of service is almost identical to ours at Calvary. That one was in Norwegian, but had English also. It was all very interesting.
Sunday evening, Melodie Madson’s birthday was celebrated with supper at Dave and Linda’s. Also helping her celebrate were her granddaughters, Kennedee and McKenzee, cousin Kinley Poulsen and sister, Carrie and her friend, Paul Prince.
Tuesday, Lester and Jackie Roberts were visited by Lester’s sisters, Delores Stack, Jean Olson, June Sabbe and Marlene Miller and brother, Roger, Marlene’s son, Scott and wife, Pam Miller of Minot and Eloise Ploium.
Lester was in New Rockford and Carrington on business Thursday.
Gene Wooley visited the Roberts’ on Friday.
Bobbi Duberowski of Parkers Prairie, Minn., was a weekend visitor at her parent’s home.
Roger was a Saturday caller.
Sunday, Kim Christianson and her friend, Phil from Cheyenne, Wyo., visited Lester and Jackie.
