New Rockford-Sheyenne traveled to Hope for a non-region nine-man football game against Finley-Sharon-Hope-Page, on Tuesday, Sept. 18. The Rockets improved to 5-0 with a convincing 66-22 win.
As has been the case often this season, all of the Rockets saw playing time. The offensive line performed well and defensively the Rockets put out a solid effort. Everyone contributed to the win.
The locals led 30-8 after one stanza, 52-8 at halftime, 60-14 after three and went on to win 66-22.
Next action for the Rockets is Saturday, Sept. 28 at Larimore. Kick-off is set for 7 p.m.
