The early arrival of snow did not stop us from having our annual Fall Festival at the Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd (LHGS). held in New Rockford on Oct. 7, 2018. Between 75 and 80 people attended to enjoy homemade pie and other desserts with family, friends and neighbors. About $850 profit was raised and will be used to purchase Christmas and birthday gifts for the residents and support other needs of LHGS.
The Love Letter Fund Drive was also part of the LHGS Auxiliary's annual fund raising and will be ongoing until Dec. 1, 2018, so there is still time to donate. This year the contributions will be used to purchase dinnerware such as dinner plates, salad plates, dessert plates and bowls for all resident dining rooms. Thank you for all of your support.
