New Rockford and area folks extend sympathy to the family of Donna Wishart.
Thursday Todd Harrison and Alex were visitors at the Shirley Packard home.
The Martin and Eloise Lucht home was abuzz over the weekend as son Alan and Julie arrived from Anchorage, Alaska. They spent quality time with family here and in Minneapolis, especially with hearing impaired daughter Johanna, who made the trip from her job with NASA. Jay and Heidi Schneider, Caleb and Callie also joined the family in Fargo for a time Alex together as Alan and Julie are about to embark on a trip to Germany where they will live for three years. Alan is a civil engineer working for the U.S. Army. Alan and Julie have sold their home in Anchorage and their wares including a special grand piano are en-route to Germany via ship.
Wednesday, Shirley Packard was among the Kindred Sisters Bible Study group to meet at the Margie Bohnet home. Judy McKnight served lunch.
Sunday evening found Ken and Marvis Holte among those who enjoyed the fall turkey supper at Trinity Lutheran Church in Carrington.
Saturday, Todd Harrison and son Alex drove to Grand Forks where they visited with daughter and sister Veronica. From there Alex was on a plane heading back to his high school studies in Mesa, Ariz. after a week in North Dakota with family.
Leo and Janet Laube and Yip Yip enjoyed a country drive Sunday afternoon.
Mary Ghertz was a visitor and helper at the Shirley Packard home one day.
Martin and Janelle Koepplin and Todd and Karen Koepplin enjoyed the buffet at the Pizza Ranch in Carrington Sunday.
