Close-Up receives funds from Otter Tail

 Chans Price of Otter Tail Power Company presented a $500 check to the New Rockford-Sheyenne Close-Up program during the volleyball game on Tuesday, Oct. 15. The funds will go towards expenses for the group's 2019 trip to Washington, D.C.
