New Rockford-Sheyenne ACT scores trending above state average

North Dakota State Superintendent of Public Instruction Kirsten Baesler announced on Oct. 19 that North Dakota's most recent high school graduates had the fourth highest average composite scores on the ACT, a widely used college entrance exam.
