For the next two weeks, the Lending Library at the Sheyenne Senior Center has paperback books for community members to take and read. It is asked that these books not be returned. The Sheyenne Senior Center Lending will no longer be accepting paperback books. Any remaining paperbacks after the two weeks will be donated elsewhere or recycled. Come and see what's there!
Last Thursday, Jan Loe, Kathy Albrecht and Patti Clifton spent the day in Jamestown. Jan kept an appointment and then the gals had a late breakfast. They also did some shopping before returning to Sheyenne.
Saturday, Jeff and Denise Labrensz, along with Allison Pfeiffer, traveled to Bismarck to attend the funeral of Anders Jungling, the infant son of Ryne and Rachel Jungling. Saturday evening, Jeff, Denise and Allison joined Matt and Jase Pfeiffer for supper at the New Rockford Eagles Club.
Jeff and Denise Labrensz enjoyed the DPRCA fundraiser brunch on Sunday at the First Lutheran Church in New Rockford.
Monday, Jan Loe, Kathy Albrecht and Patti Clifton started out for Fargo, but decided to turn around and head back home due to the blustery weather. They enjoyed breakfast at the Pingree Community Cafe before returning to Sheyenne.
