Letter to the Editor: Kudos to dog rescue gals

When I received an edition of the Transcript several weeks ago, I as well as my wife, Danielle, were deeply moved by the article of two women who are saving dogs lives!

We sent a donation to the Cause for Paws to the kennel at Devils Lake, and then received a thank you card from Shelly Hanson. I was surprised to learn that she was a New Rockford native.

These ladies deserve a lot of thanks! And I’m sure they need help caring for all the rescued animals.

I take my hat off to Colette Byrum and Shelly Hanson.
