*March 15: Deadline for removing fish houses from all N.D. waters. Anglers should consider moving houses off before the deadline with water coming up around houses and slush freezing, making it difficult to move them.

*Ice is never completely safe. Avoid areas with vegetation, moving water, pressure ridges and springs. Check conditions as you go along on the ice.
