Central Avenue in New Rockford will again come to life on Saturday, March 30, so be sure to mark your calendars.
From 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sarah Smith Warren will be hosting a spring pop-up shopping event at her SSW Photography Studios on Central Avenue.
Since opening her studio last February, Smith Warren has hosted several pop-up events and hopes for more. "The pop-up event model is a new trend in retail. It allows businesses and products to connect with customers face-to-face, build brand awareness and reach new audiences," says Smith Warren.
It's also a great opportunity to enjoy the downtown culture of New Rockford, as neighboring businesses will also be in on the excitement. The Latté Lobby will be open and serving featuring specialty coffees, bagels and gourmet salads. Buck-its Bar will feature mimosas, a Bloody Mary bar and specialty brats by McDonald's Meats.
"We have a beautiful community and I want people to come and enjoy it! Even more it's a fantastic opportunity for customers to connect with brilliant artists and business owners," says Smith Warren.
This spring-themed pop-up event will feature five women-owned businesses, all with local ties:
