New Rockford and area folks extend sympathy to the family of Anna Mae Tollefson.
Dick and Mary Ellen Turcot of Minnesota were in the area over graduation weekend.
They were visitors at the Margie Anderson home and other friends. They and Margie enjoyed a visit over supper at the Bev Bjornson home Saturday.
Tuesday Stan and Connie Guler and Joan Briss of West Fargo and Fargo tended to loved ones’ graves Tuesday and later picked up long-time friend Shirley Packard. All enjoyed visiting over lunch.
Saturday visitors at the Leo and Janet Laube home were Leo's sister Lois Ockert of Fargo and Tonja and Rory Ockert and boys, also of Fargo.
Tuesday Jerry and Carol Clancy of Thompson met Margie Anderson, Charlotte Koepplin and Janet Laube at the Bird Dawg, where they enjoyed visiting over lunch. Later all had dessert and continued chatting at Charlotte's.
Shirley Packard and Calvin were among those who attended funeral service for Arland Clelland at First Lutheran Church in New Rockford.
Many New Rockford and Sheyenne area residents attended NR-S High School graduation Sunday in New Rockford.
Graduation weekend guests at the Martin and Janelle Koepplin home were daughter Trisha and Jay McMonagal, Wylie, Zaylie and Max. They were here especially for the graduation of Cassidy Cliton.
Candy Jensen was a supper guest Sunday at the Charlotte Koepplin home along with Aunt Ramona Koepplin and daughter Sandra Johnson of Minneapolis. All had a great visit. Other stoppers at Charlotte's were Jody Bergman and Michelle Erickson of Thief River Falls, Minn. They were here for the graduation reception of Cassidy Clifton.
Jerrod and Angie Holte and Fisher of Mapelton and Rick and Cora Koepplin and
granddaughter Katie of Devils Lake were brief visitors at the Jensen home.
Sunday Shirley Packard was among the many to attend the high school graduation in New Rockford. Later Shirley and Calvin attended the open house celebration for Sandra Larson in Sheyenne at the Peter and Patti Larson home.
Gary Lindquist accompanied Leland and Mary Koenig and James Ziegler to Pingree last Sunday, for the graduation of his niece, Amber Feigert. Amber is the daughter of Lois and Tait Feigert from Jamestown. Many people, including quite a few relatives attended her open house at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Jamestown. A very good time was had by all. Gary returned home later in the day along with the Koenigs and James Ziegler.
