Deloris Esther Omoth, 93, of Williston, formerly of New Rockford, passed away peacefully on July 21, at Bethel Lutheran Nursing Home in Williston. The funeral service was held July 27 at First Lutheran Church, New Rockford with the burial at the Prairie Home Cemetery, New Rockford.
Pastor Mindy Meier officiated with special music provided by Debbie Omoth and Mary Ellen Rue. Casket bearers were Dale Hogan, Mike Hogan, Kevin Omoth, Jim Omoth, Ken Erman and Eric Longnecker. Ushers were Roger Longnecker and Cory Longnecker.
Deloris was born Aug. 22, 1925 in Walla Walla, Wash., to Nathaniel and Lydia Seibold. On Nov. 22, 1948, Deloris was united in marriage to Oliver Omoth at the United Methodist Church in New Rockford.
She is survived by one son, Alan (Trish) of Fairview, Mont.; one grandson, Anthony, of Devils Lake; two step-granddaughters, Brooke, Spearfish, S.D., and Alicia, Culbertson, Mont.; one stepson, Zach, Moorcroft, Wyo.; one brother-in-law, Milton, New Rockford; one sister-in-law, Rae Seibold, Winchester, Ore.; and many nieces and nephews.
Deloris was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two sisters, Velma and Geri; four brothers, Archie, Rueben, RG, and Leroy; infant son, Richard.
