Friday supper guests at the Ken and Marvis Holte home were Cody and Amanda Bickett and Izzy in celebration of mom, Marvis' birthday. Marvis received phone calls filled with good wishes from daughter Fay and Don Nelson, sister Ardy Yates from Arkansas, son Loren Holte and family of Bismarck, and son James and Cindy of Minot.

Thursday visitors at the Lillian Gedrose home were Aaron and Lindsay Vogeler, Micha and Ben, Friday visitors were Duane and Patrice Gedrose of Washburn. Other visitors of the week at Lillian’s were Lila Gedrose of Whapeton and Doris Leik.

Janet Laube welcomed three angels on a hot Saturday, her niece Robin and Scott Westal of Fargo and niece Carla Roberts of Warroad, Minn. They did a labor of love by mowing, trimming and pulling weeds in the Laube yard. Janet’s husband, Leo had been in the hospital. He is doing okay and soon will be able to be discharged.

Aaron Koepplin and Danielle Beckley were wed Saturday afternoon in an outdoor ceremony officiated by Judge Hovey at the late Grampa Elmer and Gramma Aneita Koepplin farm in Pleasant Prairie Township. Many family, friends and neighbors attended the wedding and or reception and dance that followed at Bordulac.

Sunday visitor at the Leo and Janet Laube home was niece Lisa Petersen Lisa and Janet visited Leo at Carrington Medical Center and later enjoyed conversation and supper at the

Pizza Ranch.
