Correction: Steam Threshers weekend guests at the Shirley Packard’s home were daughters, Cindy of Clear Lake S.D., Christy and sons Cooper and Parker of Mounds View, Minn. All enjoyed farm raised beef steak, not beefsteak tomatoes. Apologies for the editing error.

Janet Laube and Yip Yip and Lois Ockert were Thursday dinner guests at Charlotte Koepplin’s home and later drove to Devils Lake on business and pleasure.

Tuesday, Shirley Packard was among those who attended funeral service for Sylvia Kjos at First Lutheran Church in New Rockford. Evening visitor at Shirley's was Tom Hartl.

Saturday found Charlotte Koepplin enjoying a visit over pizza dinner at the Janet Laube home.

Wednesday evening visitors at the Shirley Packard home were Todd Harrison and Teresa Harrison. Thursday Teresa was on her way back to her home in Mesa, Ariz.

Todd Koepplin celebrated his 50th birthday Friday and Saturday with family and friends, receiving lots of good wishes, useful gifts and a banquet of good eating, plus he finished harvesting his pinto beans Saturday before the rain came again.

Sunday Janet Laube and Yip Yip drove sister-in-law, Lois Ockert to her home in Fargo. Lois had been a house guest and helper at Janet's for a week. Janet spent a couple days with Lois then returned to New Rockford on Thursday.
