Maddock Opera House to host a Tour of Homes

The Maddock Opera House Association is ringing in the Christmas season by sponsoring, “Over the River and Through the Woods,” a Christmas tour of homes. This year’s tour will take place on Sunday, Dec. 1 from 2-5 p.m., and will include five local homes: Philip and Carol Backstrom; Jeff and Jennifer Hagen; Randy and Charlotte Simon; Jim and Norma Swanson; and Gary Wald and Joleen Risovi.

Tickets will be available for purchase at Harriman’s Coffee House beginning in mid-November or at individual homes on the day of the tour. At the conclusion of the tour, participants are invited to gather at Harriman’s for refreshments and goodies.

At that time, tour tickets may be turned in for a door prize drawing. Proceeds from this event will be directed toward the purchase of a spotlight and a wireless headset microphone for use during musical and other stage productions at The Maddock Opera House.
