Santa's Grand Entrance

On Saturday, Dec. 7, Santa Claus arrived in style. He and his daughter Holly came into New Rockford in a white horse-drawn carriage, driven by Dale Rosenberg and Michael Buck. Santa was in town for the annual Santa Day carnival sponsored by the New Rockford Area Chamber of Commerce and New Rockord Lions Club. He greeted 140 children at the Brown Memorial Auditorium during the two-hour event, which also featured fun carnival games and a store filled with prizes for the kiddos to win.
