Tiffany 4-H Club Report

On Nov. 17, the Tiffany 4-H Club members met at the Rockford Café. Tillie and Neecie Swart hosted the meeting. Ten Tiffany 4-H members were at the meeting. Chaztin Wobbema, Tillie and Neecie Swart, MacKenzie and Alexa Allmaras, Isla Jacobson, Hannah, Maggie, and Noah Wobbema, and Taylin Jacobson were there.

Tillie Swart gave a demonstration showing the kids how to make simple chocolate treats. She showed them how to make buffalo chips, chocolate party pretzels, and chocolate covered peanut butter sandwiches. Then, the kids washed their hands and started making their own treats to take home. After they got all of the treats made, they talked about what they were going to do in December. They planned to help decorate Christmas trees for the Helping Hands project at the nursing home in New Rockford.

Then, they talked what they want to do for the Christmas party this year and where to have it. The members voted to try to have the party at the Brown Memorial. They want to do the white elephant gift exchange, eat food, and play games during the party. After this, the meeting was ended.
