On Dec. 1, Tiffany 4-H Club went to the nursing home to help decorate Christmas trees for the Helping Hands project. After they decorated trees, they had hot apple cider and cookies which the nursing home had ready for them. They held a short business meeting. Macey, Lora, and Chaztin Wobbema, Tillie and Neecie Swart, Hannah and Maggie Wobbema, and Taylin Jacobson were all at the meeting. Macey, the club president, brought the meeting to order. Tillie, the club secretary, read the minutes from the previous meeting. The club listened to the treasurer’s report. They talked about things they needed to do at the bank. The group also talked about the upcoming Christmas Party.
Then, on Dec. 11, Tiffany 4-H Club had their Christmas Party at the Brown Memorial. At the party, the group played a dice-roll gift exchange game. Some kids played basketball and shuffleboard, roller skated and other fun things. They also had pizza, juice and dessert. They all seemed to have lots of fun, and the party ended around 7 p.m.
