Otter Tail Power Company donates to 4-H Pavilion

Otter Tail Power Company Foundation presented Eddy County 4-H a $500 donation for the Eddy County 4-H Recreational Pavilion Project at the Winter Eddy County 4-H Council meeting on January 22.
