Eddy County's Sheriff's Report for January

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Mikellene Applebee of Oberon. She faces a possession of drug paraphernalia charge after a traffic stop on Dec. 13. Authorities allege she possessed a pizzle pipe made out of a light bulb, which is used to inhale meth. Applebee failed to make an initial appearance in court, prompting the warrant. Her appearance bond is set a $500 cash.
