New Rockford- Sheyenne senior Jaden Gray-Greiner and junior Kayden Wiedrich have been bestowed with the highest honor for high school musicians. Both have been named to participate in the mixed choir at the 2020 ND All-State Music Festival.
This is Jaden’s first year as an All-State musician. Kayden will be attending the festival for her third time this year.
The 2020 N.D. All-State Festival is for all Class A and B high school students who participate in their school music ensembles.
The live audition process, done in early January, is highly rigorous and selective. At the choir festival, students will practice for three busy days of rehearsal, the students perform a concert with a guest conductor.
The festival will take place March 22-24 at the Bismarck Civic Center.
