Todd and Karen Koepplin, Ross and Allyssa Lewis and Kenna, Martin and Janelle Koepplin, Brian and Angie Hopfauf and family, and other family and friends attended the baptism of sweet little Evelyn Jo, infant daughter of Taylor and Amanda Koepplin during worship service Sunday at First Lutheran Church in New Rockford. The family enjoyed a soup and build- your-own sandwich dinner in the fellowship hall. Ross and Allyssa Lewis are Evelyn’s proud baptismal sponsors.

Janet Laube enjoyed Sunday phone chats with sister in law, Lois Ockert, and grandsons, Travis and Scott Laube, all of Fargo.

Sunday at supper time found the Ryan and Laura Hager home the scene of a first birthday celebration for their son, Owen. Guest and greeters were Margie Anderson, Kenny and Sarah Anderson of Fargo, Gary and Kathy Anderson, David and Karen Anderson and Patti Larson and Sandra.

Calvin Packard and mom, Shirley enjoyed the annual Torsk dinner served at the VFW in Sheyenne.

Sunday Terry and Sandy Koepplin, Melony Allmaras, Candy Jensen, Marty and Janelle Koepplin and Jim and Fern Schuster enjoyed each other’s company over dinner at the Rockford Café.

Wednesday, Shirley Packard and Calvin enjoyed the soup and sandwich supper at Grace Lutheran Church in Carrington prior to a Lenten worship service.

Candy Jensen and Charlotte Koepplin drove to Devils Lake late afternoon Tuesday. They did some shopping and met Rick and Cora Koepplin and Katie for supper at the Pizza Ranch, Rick and Cora’s treat. All had a nice visit while eating.

Ross and Allyssa Lewis and Kenna were weekend guests at the Todd and Karen Koepplin farm and were honored Sunday to become Godparent sponsors for niece Evelyn Jo Koepplin during worship service at First Lutheran Church in New Rockford. Ross and Allyssa and Kenna returned to their home in Dickinson later Sunday.

Bill and Dianna Ziegler and grandkids, Rob and Margie Lies, Jay Cudworth and Dianne Goebel and Lori Keller and grandsons were among those who attended the annual family party of the Circle Trail Riders, Inc. Saturday evening at the senior center in Sheyenne.

Wednesday, Shirley Packard made a trip to visit her new chiropractor.
