'Powerful Tools for Caregivers' class to be offered remotely

The Powerful Tools for Caregivers program is now available remotely. This is great news with so many caregivers feeling additional stress right now. Starting Tues- day April 7 and running through May 12 from 1:30-3 p.m., the series will be presented via Zoom. Participants will need a computer with a webcam and internet.

The class is taught by Carly Endres, Outreach Coordinator for the North Dakota Brain Injury Network And Molly Soeby, Family and Community Wellness Agent, NDSU Extension, Grand Forks County.

This six-week class gives caregivers the confidence and support to better care for their loved one – and themself. Caregivers of ALL disability areas/conditions welcome!

Whether providing care for a spouse, partner, parent, friend, or a child with special needs; at home or in a care facility; whether down the block or miles away, a caregiver is an important role.
