Travelers Cheryl and Dave Gabbert arrived at the Shirley Packard home Monday June 8 from the Medora, N.D. area, to spend some time with mom.

Janet Laube enjoyed a checking-on-you-phone-chat with Lois Ackert of Fargo one evening.

Wednesday Shirley Packard was a passenger on the Eddy County Transit Van to Devils Lake for an appointment at the Eye Clinic. Sunday Shirley and Calvin gathered up their flowers from loved ones’ graves at Prairie Home Cemetery.

Weekend guests at the Candy Jensen home were Rick and Cara Koepplin and granddaughter Katie. Candy’s son Jerrod Holte and dog Fisher were Saturday visitors. Candy tended to the pets of Terry and Sandy Koepplin while they were away for the weekend.

Friday afternoon Janet Laube and Yip Yip accompanied Charlotte Koepplin to Devils Lake where Charlotte took care of necessary business at the Eye Clinic. They made a quick stop at a greenhouse and Charlotte got repairs at NAPA for her trimmers. They enjoyed a treat on the return drive.

Eloise Lucht drove to Devils Lake Wednesday for an appointment at the Eye Clinic.
