Last Sunday and Monday guests and helpers at the Candace Jensen home were Rick Koepplin and granddaughter Katie.

Janet Laube gave her sister, Janice Guilbault, of Yuma, Ariz., a phone call. The gals found out each are doing fine.

Shirley Packard enjoyed a fresh air visit with Edgar Duda Sunday morning at Golden Acres Manor in Carrington.

Sunday Ken Holte enjoyed Father’s Day calls from sons Jerrod and Loren and daughters Amanda and Fayette.

Martin and Janelle enjoyed a grilled dinner for Father’s Day at his son Aaron and Danielle Koepplin home in Carrington.

Bill and Diana Ziegler, Dianne Goebel, Joan McCormik, Nate Rue, Hannah Brandner and Axel and Tony Rademacher were among those to enjoy the Circle Trail Riders Inc. annual summer ride with base camp at Hendrickson Park, rural Sheyenne.

Friday visitors at the Candy Jensen home were Rick and Cara Koepplin and Katie. Rick will be having shoulder surgery June 25 in Grand Forks.

Surprise visitor Linda Trudeau enjoyed a visit at the Robert and Cheryl Janzen home, Saturday.

Sunday supper at the Shirley Packard home found Todd Harrison and Alex. Nephew Todd did some necessary handiwork for Shirley.

Friday evening Janet Laube and Beverly Koepplin enjoyed supper out in celebration of what would have been the Laube’s 49th anniversary.

Ken and Mavis Holte enjoyed a chance visit with Martin and Janelle Koepplin at The Prairie Inn in Carrington early Wednesday morning.

Derik Holte of Minneapolis called mom, Candy Jensen, one time last week just checking on her.

Wednesday evening Amanda Bickett visited Mom Mavis and Dad Ken Holte. Thursday the Holtes drove to Jamestown, did some shopping and had a chat with daughter Fayette Nelson.

New Rockford and area folks extend sympathy to the family of Lisa Schuster.
