Despite rise in cases, North Dakota remains "low risk" for COVID-19

COVID-19 sure has been busy over the past week. As last reported in the Transcript, active cases of COVID-19 in North Dakota totaled 921 on Thursday, July 23. By the following Tuesday, the number of active cases had increased to 1,084.
