Lights of Hope event remembers those lost to suicide

Sunday, Sept. 13 offered folks a beautiful day to partake in the sixth annual Lights of Hope event.

As in previous years, Eddy County Community Cares organized Lights of Hope as a memorial event to remember those lost to suicide; however, this year offered a few changes.
