2020 Rocket Homecoming

Yet another annual tradition has been altered due to the novel coronavirus. The 2020 NR-S Homecoming activities were put on hold two weeks ago after the football and volleyball teams were placed into quarantine due to COVID-19 exposure.

Nonetheless, the kids will still get to play some football, and a few of the regularly-scheduled Homecoming activities will take place early this week. The public is invited to attend Tuesday's events, which are outlined below.

Homecoming royalty

Tuesday, Oct. 13

Coronation, 1 p.m. outdoors on south side of school

Parade, 1:20 p.m. downtown New Rockford

Homecoming football game,

6 p.m. w/senior recognition at halftime

Volleyball vs. North Star at

Cando (A,B,C,8,7), 3:30 p.m.
